First meeting of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Berlin Center for Digital Transformation

On December 12, the Scientific Advisory Board of the Berlin Center for Digital Transformation held its first constituent meeting. 

The Scientific Advisory Board with its founding members Prof. Dr. Karl Aberer (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), Prof. Dr. Odej Kao (Technische Universität Berlin), Prof. Dr. Christoph Meinel (Hasso-Plattner-Institut Potsdam) and Prof. Dr. Ulrich Panne (President of the Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung) was established as an advisory board for the Berlin Center for Digital Transformation.

With its scientific expertise, the advisory board supports the Berlin Center for Digital Transformation in planning the appropriate design and development of technological innovations. It helps the Berlin Center for Digital Transformation to align its scientific excellence, its technologies and its services for industrial partners in such a way that the business location of Germany and its companies are optimally supported on the path of digital transformation.

For companies, cities and public administrations the Berlin Center for Digital Transformation represents a neutral and manufacturer-independent partner, covering all phases and technological levels of digitization.
